About Luz Perez

Luz Perez Luz Maria Perez is one of ten founding members of Plein Air Artists of Riverside known as PAAR which was founded in 2005. She served as the Recording Secretary/Membership Chair of this organization for 8 years and this year has been elected President. She is very excited by this opportunity to grow the organization and bring her enthusiasm to its membership. Luz has been painting since she was a child and became a professional artist successfully exhibiting and selling her artwork since 2005. Her favorite Plein air paintings are of the beach and lighthouses, and her favorite studio work is portraiture and Folklorico paintings. She teaches from her studio during the week and paints with PAAR on weekdays.
